Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read this policy before you buy or return a part.

Return window

You can return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, if they meet the conditions below.

Conditions

The item is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging, with all parts included.
You have your order number or proof of purchase.
Electrical parts (for example control panels, blower resistors and motors) cannot be returned once installed or if the packaging has been opened and the part shows signs of use.
Custom, special-order or clearance items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at info@tlgconstructionmart.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before we reply.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we give you. We suggest using a tracked service.

Return shipping

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong part, you pay the return shipping cost. If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we pay the return shipping.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer, once we confirm the problem.

Refunds

After we receive and check your return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to show the refund. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refunded unless the return is our error.
